Annabelle Gurwitch
Annabelle Gurwitch, an American comedian and host of a television show, is best known for her time as hostess in Dinner and a Movie. She has also been active in promoting the environment and human rights. Annabelle Gurwitch a New York Times Bestseller author, actor and critic for her autobiography Wherever You go Wherever You Go: I See you Made an effort. You Say Tomato. I say Shutup and Fired. This was also the Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch has been a long-time host of TBS Dinner & a Movie. Her most memorable TV appearances are Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown and as well as hosting WA$TED, an environmental show which airs on The Planet Green Network. She is a regular guest as a guest on PBS Newhour Real Time Bill Maher as well as on NPR. In addition, she contributes Op-eds to the New York Times WSJ The Hollywood Reporter. An actress, her performances onstage have made her one of the critics of the 'Top Ten Performances on the pages of The New York Times as in The Los Angeles Times.
