Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was a performer at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with distinction) in Theater and Communication. After moving out of Missouri and into Los Angeles in 2004, she became involved in the theatre arts. This included acting as well as producing more than 20 musicals. The productions include The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan for The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly has also begun landing the roles in television and film, while continuing her improv studies with The Groundlings. Her voice and petite stature have allowed Kelly to play a variety of diverse characters. Her most well-known role is her work alongside Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara on The Ring 2 but is popularly known as the bubbly bright receptionist of Two and a Half Men. Kelly played the part of the paralegal as well as a social animal in TV Land's The Exes as a Series regular between 2011 and 2015. Kelly also appeared as Alyssa's sassy, sexpert sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged and as the worried suburban mom on the CW series No Tomorrow. Soprano was her voice for many cartoons, including Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. Most recently she can be seen as the dim but charming Cloud 9 employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. She's married to two children and lives in a quiet home. She enjoys writing as well as sew, and she also volunteers in school.
